1. Order Processing Time
- All orders placed through our website are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- During peak seasons or sale events, processing times may extend slightly due to higher volumes.
2. Shipping Timeframes
The order will be shipped in 3 business days and it will be delivered in 7 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer flexible and fair shipping rates based on your order value:
- Free Shipping: on all orders above ₹999
- Standard Shipping Fee: applies to orders below ₹999 (calculated at checkout)
- Express shipping, if selected, incurs an additional charge based on your location and carrier availability.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your shipment in real-time via the courier's portal
Please allow 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
5. Serviceable Locations
Currently, we deliver across India to all major cities and most pin codes. We are actively working to expand our international delivery capabilities. Stay tuned as sanaar gears up to go global.
6. Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted logistics partners, certain delays may be beyond our control. These include:
- Unforeseen courier network disruptions
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Public holidays or regional strikes
- Customs clearance (for future international shipments)
In such cases, we appreciate your patience and assure you that we will coordinate with delivery partners to get your order to you as soon as possible.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any reshipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
