4. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment through our supported payment gateways (Shopify Payments, Razorpay, or other listed providers).
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are shipped and delivered within 5 to 7 business days of order confirmation, with delivery timelines varying by location. Sanaar is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective products, or
- Change of mind, provided the customer submits video proof showing the rose, the packaging box, and the product before it was packed for return, as evidence of the item's condition.
Once the returned product is approved and a return is initiated from our end, the item must be shipped back to us. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date we receive the returned rose, and credited to the original payment method.
Sanaar reserves the right to reject a return request if the required video evidence is not provided or does not sufficiently demonstrate the product's condition.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to images, logos, product designs, and text — is the property of Sanaar Creation Private Limited and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanaar Creation Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
9. User Conduct
